Located on O‘ahu’s fabled north shore, Turtle Bay Resort is looking to revamp some of its undeveloped lands to complement its exisitng hotel and resort amenities. In conjuction with WCIT Architecture’s master planning efforts for the over 90 acres of hotel units, timeshares, and private residential lots; DTL provided in-depth cultural research for the use in developing land planning and programming. DTL created a Cultural & Historic Report that detailed the history of the areas surrounding the Turtle Bay Resort. In addition to this, DTL created environmental signage to promote and educate hotel guests of the historic and cultural significance of these lands.
